Pennsylvania Home Inspections
More Than 7,000 Inspections Completed
Buying a house is a major commitment and will likely be the biggest investment of your life. Therefore, it’s crucial to work with a home inspector who has the experience, skills, and necessary training to help you make the best decision. Owner-operator Paul Manning has worked with more than 7,000 satisfied inspection clients during the past 20+ years. He’s also been building homes for almost 40 years, so he knows where to look for potential issues that are often missed such as contractor shortcuts.
Home Inspector Qualifications
Paul has a combination of hands-on experience and training that most other home inspectors simply don’t have, especially because PA doesn’t offer licensing for inspectors. This makes him the prime choice for residential and commercial inspections in NW Pennsylvania. When you work with Paul, you won’t have to worry about getting a new inspector whose only training happened inside a classroom.
His certification and qualifications include:
- InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI)© #NACHI 06053084
- Certified Pest Inspector #PESH000012388
- Certified Private Drinking Water Well Inspector
- Pennsylvania Licensed General Contractor

- Follows all InterNACHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics
- 20+ Years of Home Inspection Experience
- 38+ Years of Construction Experience
- 7,000+ Inspections Completed
An Extensive Background in Construction
Paul started working as a licensed general contractor more than 38 years ago and is experienced in all aspects of construction. He has served as a foreman in various capacities and as a superintendent for multi-million-dollar projects. Paul combined his background in construction with an interest in home inspecting 20+ years ago. He still works in both fields and loves helping people find their dream home.
What Sets Paul Apart?
Paul’s approach to performing home inspections includes providing excellent customer service and a trained eye for details. In his own words:
“Even though I am a builder and owner of a construction business, I do not pick a house apart. Instead, my construction experience allows me to diagnose any construction/safety issues in a home quickly and efficiently. I then relay these details to the client in precise, understandable language, which is presented in my report as well as to them personally if they choose to attend the inspection. I inspect for all loans and houses/buildings in the same manner.” – Paul Manning
Paul’s Other Passion: Self-Defense Training
Between serving the local community as a home inspector and a general contractor, Paul doesn’t have a lot of spare time. But when he’s not working with a residential or commercial building, he enjoys running his self-defense training center. He is a certified Personal Protection Specialist and Personal / Sports Trainer.
